I bought a house here a few months back... I'm pretty excited, because this one has three garage spaces... so lots of room for a shop to work in. As with all houses, there is plenty of work... right now, I'm modding one of the baths and adding A/C ducts in the loft... for some reason the person who finished the attic loft neglected to add A/C, so it is quite hot up there... I'm attaching a couple of house pictures for those who are interested.
